Todd Katler, Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for BRE Properties presents.
The session will help owners learn how to avoid the mistakes made in calculating cost per lead and cost per lease, drive traffic and come away with new tools in evaluating your advertising in an accurate and consistent fashion. It will also show some of the misconceptions in using internal data.
Todd Katler joined BRE Properties, Inc. as senior vice president, sales and marketing, in February 2010. He is responsible for sales management, enterprise-wide and community-level marketing programs, and the company’s centralized customer service center.
Katler’s career in the apartment industry spans nearly 15 years. He is an expert in many facets of the industry, especially in the areas of sales operations and marketing, as well as the issues facing multifamily owners, managers and developers.
Formerly, Katler was the vice president of business development for LevelOne, the industry’s first and most widely used centralized leasing office. Prior to Level One, he was the director of sales at Rent.com (an eBay company), where he managed the relationships between the company and owners of more than 23,000 properties in every major U.S. apartment market.
Katler is a former board member of the California Apartment Association and National Apartment Association, and the former chairman of National Suppliers Council. He is frequent speaker on sales and marketing topics at major multifamily industry conferences, including the National Multi-Housing Council (NMHC) Technology Conference and the National Apartment Association (NAA) Education Conference.
